One Time Event Registration Form
This form is to be used for students attending open gym, birthday parties or other one-time activities at the gym that are not currently registered with Woodlands Elite. Please complete this form and bring it with you to Open Gym or the one-time activity you are attending. This form cannot be used to register for any other activity at Woodlands Elite with the exception of our "March Madness" free practices. Please call the WECC front office with questions.
This is the 2010 Registration Form to be used for enrollment in any recreational activities at Woodlands Elite Cheer Company, L.P. You may print this form and bring it with you to the gym already completed, or you may complete one at the gym.
